Problem with support and cashout


Hello,

I have a problem with cash out. I deposited through skrill. Got my account verified and somehow in my account only bank transfer option is available. From other players i know that skrill option is available for cash out as well if you deposited through skrill. Support told me that they have skrill option available as well, but they don't know why i can't see it.

I've talked 6-7 times on their live chat with Christina and MIchael in one month. Every time i talked they said that they know this issue and will write me an update. Zero e-mails received so far.

I think they just ignoring me so i want that somebody from platin casino management would see this and fix this problem and won't ignore me as their support do.
