I want to express my feelings that I am feeling very low at this time I have tried to get my money back and nothing has happened from platincasino. I have tried to get in touch with them several times and they told me that they have sent the money but I’ve sent them 2 statements showing that I haven’t gotten the money.

Dear Team and Ronny,

please note as per our information and accounts history - the pay out was done on December 19 th last year as player agreed a refund with previous owners. We sent multiple statements proving that bank confirmed the money was received and it could be the swedish bank did not book the amount or there were issues on their side.

That is why we had asked to provide us a proof that he had contacted the bank and inform us what exactly the bank said , maybe with a screenshot best so we can forward it to the RR team.

I wrote like every week if not less! I felt deceived at that moment! I sent you two bank statements!!! Even though you didn’t care I have emailed every time and never gotten any response back.

I have even told you what the bank has told me many times!

We have opened the case again but even now in your screenshots there is no communication with your bank attached. Please find your documents for the bank.

Here you have the email that I sent to you even though that you guys did not care what the bank responded through a dialogue with my bank through phone. You guys let me hang in the support for days and say we will come back and things like that but never actually made a case on it. This is why I’m still frustrated once the money appears in my bank account with a new agreement I will shortly contact back that I have received the money.

I have also sent 2 bank statement showing that the funds hasn’t come. Even if I sent this kind of statement you did not care as you can see in the emails.

I could show a whole list of who I tried to contact regarding this.

We have attached a proof that money was received by your bank.

We still have not received anything from your bank or any converstaion from your bank expalining why they did not book the funds .

From our side this case is closed and we have sent you the proof of receipt.

Hello I want to ask how come did you not respond to my second proof? I’ve sent 2 bank statement showing that this was not sent? I got responded on the first one and then you asked for a second bank statement and I sent this too. I wrote that I would address this matter when I would’ve received the money. As you can see in the pictures. I have attached from my bank statement just like you wanted but nothing was clearly enough even though you asked for it?
