I withdraw 03 Sep 2024, 21:21 34 Euro from a no deposit offer. See Screenshot please. Since this time my withdrawal has been 3 times cancelled.

1. They wanted 2 documents I sent instant.

2. They wanted another document from another card - I send instant

3. I have to withdraw to another method.

In last email they wrote I have to use another method, but which one didn't told. I am years depositor there. I send 5 emails. Live chat no answer.

Now I am waiting again days. And withdrawal is still pending.

Nobody cares about Players in this Casino. I did maybe 50 Deposits or many more at this casino in past. And they need weeks to withdraw 37 Euro? In past they need 24 hours. Why they not close when they don't want depsoiter?

Hello,

the timeline is correct. The withdrawal requests were denied due to missing documents for verification.
Severel documents provided but not all of them were correct.

Verification process was successful after the 10th. Current pending withdrawal request will be processed soon.

ITS NOT TRUE! 3 day sago you cancle it.and say i have to change withdraw method. But DONT say to which one. i did change it. And TODAY you cancel it again and told me i have to look in my email about reason. see screenshot above. And in my email wa snothing! So why you think it should went thrue.all what you write is nonsense.and iam not the only player you nto answer on emails not even on VIP email

Withdraw is now 14 days pending. I send documents in minutes to them. And documents now verified one week! You trink thats normal? Till now They Not answer in 14 days one email from me. And didnt Tell me to which method i Must withdraw. I Play longtime Casino. Platincasino is The worst Casino Support i ever Seen. You Can also Look at other Forums. Only negative comments. Also They bannend me from

PLATINCASINo Must Tell me. To Shock Method i can withdraw. My Bank they cancelled 2 creditcards. They canceled. Also i read in german Forum. Many Players wait for withdraw. It seems Like PlATINCASINO has Financial Problems. I Hope many depsoiter read this.

1 .PLATINCASINO. Dont answer in Livechat

2. PLATiNCASINO. Dont answer on emails to Support email Account or VIP email Account

3. PLaTINcASiNO. Want 1 Document. 3 days later another one and so on. And dont Tell in one email what they want

4 PLaTINCaSINO. Cancel withdraws many times without telling a reason why and Players cant ask. Cause Nobody answer

So everybody can decide to deposit there.also he Tell here i get my Money. And Then it gets 2 times cancelled. Not trustfull

Hello,

the withdrawals from before were declined because of missing documents. The last withdrawal requests were declined because the credit card provider won´t accept the transaction. Therefore, please proceed with the withdrawal via bank.

1. Live chat is available depending on the activity of the player.. see our T&Cs
2. All emails will be answered as quickly as possible
3. Every used payment method needs to be verified
4. Reasons are provided as well as alternatives or can be asked anytime by contacting us via Email or Chat

Player is a winning player on our site and had several successful withdrawals before. The pending withdrawal amount is 34€ and only reason the requests were denied so far are, either missing or wrong documents and that his credit card provider won´t accept the transaction.

Sorry its not true what Platincasino said. they asked 2 times for documents.which they could ask in one email. Every process needs 3 days. so i would save 3 days. Now i request withdraw bank. Same i did first .10days ago. Why you didnt process this? and cancel since then 4 times my withdraw. Its your fault.Also you DONT answer on minimum 5 Emails since 2 weeks!!And you dont write in email when you cancel withdraw the reason. SO HOW I CAN ASK YOU WHAT TO DO????Or any other player??And yes you was a good casino.Thats why i depsoited 100 times in past. But now? you even dont answer on emails . sorry thats worst Casino i saw longtime. So now i did withdraw on bank.Same i did 10 days ago.
