Withdrawal of 429 euros canceled without any reason

Despite multiple attempts, the casino keeps telling me that the withdrawal is under review and will be released soon. It seems like they are stalling. Additionally, they have recently closed their operations in my area, which is not a good sign.

Your Casino will contact to you via E-mail or phone call, depended on the contact information, that you have provided upon registration."

I have contacted the Playerz casino support 4 times and they say the situation is still being investigation after over 40 days. I have never got any other answer and they haven't contacted me about the situation.

Won several times on slots, waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawals to get accepted. Been talking to chat several times, and they just say I have to be patience and that relevance team will look at this and contact me. They didn't contact me, and still keep delaying the process. Been over 2 weeks, withdrawal still pending and not accepted. Didn't use any bonus and my account is verified.
