Account not credited money left my bank


Deposited through interac 6 days ago and account not credited. Support asked for proof of deposit so I sent my statement my etransfer confirmation the transaction id from gigadat and got gigadat to reach out to them( they still have not replied) I finally got upset with support giving me no information and they decide to ask if I have a problem and to answer addiction questions (very unprofessional seeing as this is my first ever deposit) still no money and no help from support

The deposit was credited yes. But you have my account restricted for no reason so I cannot play if I wanted. And that is a lie about the withdrawl seeing as I have cancelled it right after I initiated it.
