Delayed withdrawal at Playerz Casino

I joined Playerz casino on October 10th, after it was recommended to me by CasinoGuru. The site seemed legitimate and promising, so I deposited 1000 NOK and used their bonus. I had some early wins and followed the terms and rules of the bonus precisely.

After the bonus funds were converted to withdrawable cash, I hit it big and won a little over 125,000 NOK. However, I have had trouble withdrawing this amount. Despite multiple attempts, the casino keeps telling me that the withdrawal is under review and will be released soon. It seems like they are stalling. Additionally, they have recently closed their operations in my area, which is not a good sign.

Withdrawal of 429 euros canceled without any reason

I request a withdraw 4 times and canceled without any reason. I try to withdraw and canceled and I didn't get any email any reason just canceled.

On livechat say to me is technical issue try again. I try again and is same canceled any reason and on livechat again, same try again.

My account is verified, I sent all documents and reviewed and approved, but my withdraw canceled without any reason. I send and email to support not reply anything.

I play, complete my deposit, I complete my wager because I play without bonus only with my money.

Delaying the payment of 7373 euros

I have been waiting 7 weeks my money of 7373 euros since my first withdrawal on Jan 28, 2022.. I did not use bonus and I sent all required documents multiple times. The customer service keep repeating the same on their emails that I have to be patience and relevance team will look at my case and contact me. My withdrawal is still pending and nobody is contacting me.

Bet refused randomly in live roulette

I put the bet on Evolution gaming live roulette right after the spin. Just before the next spin landed on number 20 I got a message "bets refused".

I had 35e bet on the number 20. My internet was working perfectly fine the spins before and the spins after.

I contacted the live support right after I got the the answer "Thank you for waiting. As per game server logs data, your bets were rejected in the round at 2022-01-19 16:54:33 UTC. I will proceed to register a formal case and provide you with a reference number."

I got the ID number and next message "Please be advised, that an investigation will take place and you will be updated by Casino Customer Support as soon as the case is resolved. Your Casino will contact to you via E-mail or phone call, depended on the contact information, that you have provided upon registration."

I have contacted the Playerz casino support 4 times and they say the situation is still being investigation after over 40 days. I have never got any other answer and they haven't contacted me about the situation.

Won several times on slots, waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawals to get accepted. Been talking to chat several times, and they just say I have to be patience and that relevance team will look at this and contact me. They didn't contact me, and still keep delaying the process. Been over 2 weeks, withdrawal still pending and not accepted. Didn't use any bonus and my account is verified.

Account not credited money left my bank

Deposited through interac 6 days ago and account not credited. Support asked for proof of deposit so I sent my statement my etransfer confirmation the transaction id from gigadat and got gigadat to reach out to them( they still have not replied) I finally got upset with support giving me no information and they decide to ask if I have a problem and to answer addiction questions (very unprofessional seeing as this is my first ever deposit) still no money and no help from support
