money withdrawal still pending

I joined Playerz casino on October 10th, after it was recommended to me by CasinoGuru. The site seemed legitimate and promising, so I deposited 1000 NOK and used their bonus. I had some early wins and followed the terms and rules of the bonus precisely.

I have contacted the Playerz casino support 4 times and they say the situation is still being investigation after over 40 days. I have never got any other answer and they haven't contacted me about the situation.
