money withdrawal still pending

Won several times on slots, waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawals to get accepted. Been talking to chat several times, and they just say I have to be patience and that relevance team will look at this and contact me. They didn't contact me, and still keep delaying the process. Been over 2 weeks, withdrawal still pending and not accepted. Didn't use any bonus and my account is verified.
