Delaying the payment of 7373 euros


I have been waiting 7 weeks my money of 7373 euros since my first withdrawal on Jan 28, 2022.. I did not use bonus and I sent all required documents multiple times. The customer service keep repeating the same on their emails that I have to be patience and relevance team will look at my case and contact me. My withdrawal is still pending and nobody is contacting me.
