Play2win Casino - withdrawal ignored


Deposited via Visa but required to withdraw via Skrill because they do not give the option to withdraw via BACS. A deposit of £30 via Skrill was required before a withdrawal via Skrill would be allowed. Withdrawal requested on 30-7-2014. Play2win made no effort to communicate any document requirements from me. On enquiring with live chat, I was notified of the requirements of docs AND a card authorisation form which they would only provide to me once they received my other docs. I send in the docs and days go by with no response and no payment. I enquire again via live chat and on this occasion am sent the authorisation form and that with my documents, together with the authorisation form, my withdrawal will be processed.

To date, the withdrawal still sits in the account with the option to reverse the withdrawal.

Calls to customer service go unanswered.
