Good Evening

I would like to ask if you can help me out on this situation, Month ago I have sent them my documents and made a withdrawal of 65 GBP, since there was 3 weeks passed and I have`nt received anything I contacted their live support and they told me that my account manager will get in touch with me but again, nothing, I have sent them 5 emails to them but they simply keep ignoring me, Could you please tell me what can I do about this and is there any chance I can get out my money from that Casino?
