Play2Win Casino - My account was locked and no one is willing to help me unlocking it

My account was locked, I have been trying to contact to casino by sending email to [email protected] and no one reply me. It's more than 2 days already. I also tried to contact via live chat, by also no agent reply. The system tell me the agent will come shortly but after 20 mins waiting, still no agent show up.

I want my account to be unlocked and reset password.
