My account was locked and no one is willing to help me unlocking it


Hello,
My account was locked, I have been trying to contact to casino by sending email to suppor­t@p­lay­2wi­nca­sin­os.com and no one reply me. It's more than 2 days already. I also tried to contact via live chat, by also no agent reply. The system tell me the agent will come shortly but after 20 mins waiting, still no agent show up.

I want my account to be unlocked and reset password.

Your account was locked due to 3 consecutive wrong passwords being used. To protect our players' security, this causes an automatic lock of the account. The account has been reopened and in fact an email was sent to you 2 days ago informing you of that fact.
