I asked for a withdrawal more than 3 months ago. I sent the documents and everything was approved. After the waiting and more than ten emails sent to the casino support and to my account manager without any answer I asked for the withdrawal using Neteller on the 1st of October. Now, more than one month after that and having received the verbal confirmation from the accountancy department I am still waiting for the withdrawal without recieving any answer from the support department neither from my account manager. I ask for any information regarding the situation and the steps to be followed in order to get my withdrawal after more than four months.
