Does not pay, impossible to contact them

I received a bonus to play on this casino, before accepting it I asked for conditions and term, in order to be sure to receive my money in case of winning, I deposited 300 and I am now waiting for a withdraw of 302€. They asked me to send a lots of proof, I sent them everything and they sad it was ok, but that I have to wait 18 days before having my money (LOL)... 20+ days past and I still not have received anything... In chat they stopped replying pretending they forget how to speak english or italian PLEASE HELP ME

After i registered at Play2Win Casino i made a deposit of 30€ along with their welcome bonus offer. After playing a certain time i passed the wager requirements of the welcome bonus and i decided to make a withdraw of 500€ via neteller. Shortly after this request the casino-support told me that because of the bonus terms the amount which they are going to payout is 387€ (which is ok - i read the terms) Nothing happend for about 2 weeks so i asked the support via email if there is a problem with my withdraw-request and if they need any documents etc. - no answer! After another week i asked a second time via email - but no answer again. Then i contacted the support via live-chat. The support-guy told me that he can't help me (no reason) and recommended to write en email. Another week passed by and i tried to login to my account but i can't. The system told me that my account is blocked and i should contact the support. So i wrote another email to the support and still got no answer. A few days later i registered an incoming money-transaction from Play2Win at my neteller-account - but only 30€ instead of 387€.

Dear Sir or Madam, I asked for a withdrawal more than 3 months ago. I sent the documents and everything was approved. After the waiting and more than ten emails sent to the casino support and to my account manager without any answer I asked for the withdrawal using Neteller on the 1st of October. Now, more than one month after that and having received the verbal confirmation from the accountancy department I am still waiting for the withdrawal without recieving any answer from the support department neither from my account manager. I ask for any information regarding the situation and the steps to be followed in order to get my withdrawal after more than four months. Than you very much in advance.

I made a withdrawal request a month ago, sent in the required documents which were verified and was told I would receive payment shortly. It's been 2 weeks. I logged on today and found that my $1000 that I left on the account was gone as well as the $1000 withdrawal. I asked the online help and all they could say was that the account manager would send me an email. Haven't received any emails yet. I never did a reversal and that's what shows happened this morning but my last wager was 4 days ago. Where do you think the money disappeared to?

Hi I wanted to ask for your help to get my withdrawal, I have made it 40 days ago, I have sent them my documents couple days after withdrawal and after couple days I got answer that my documents are verified, now from that day is about 35 days and I still have not received my money, I have seen that there is a lot of problems with this casino about delayed payments? Hello, I have withdrawn from the site 1000Pounds more than a months ago, after a withdrawal I have sent my documents and received reply that my documents is verified, since that it has been more than 1 month and I have not received my money, I have not received answer to any of my emails - have sent 5 of them, to payments@play2win... and documents@play2win.... but i got ignored every time, Could you please tell me I need to wait more or I can start contacting their licence holder, IBAS.co.uk or other services which may help me to get my money? Hello, My account was locked, I have been trying to contact to casino by sending email to [email protected] and no one reply me. It's more than 2 days already. I also tried to contact via live chat, by also no agent reply. The system tell me the agent will come shortly but after 20 mins waiting, still no agent show up. Hallo, i have a double complain. Nr. 1 ) I Cash out 300 and the give only 260 with no reason and no reaction to my emails for a explaination. After that they changed the withdraw amount in the History part of the Cashier to 260 €. Nr. 2) Another Cash out of 700 is processing now one Month. The same here, no answer to my emails. I did not used any Bonus and i deposit a lot in the casino till now... In the chat in the casino they saying to me everytime that the finance department ist closed right now and i should ask tomorrow. They told me i should contact the Manager named "Katrin" but i did not got a answer. I wrote to the casino directly and the same there, no answer. Please give me a Hand on that!
