Withdrawal requested - 2nd August
ID Documents approved - 28th August (email to prove this)
ID Documents approved (according to live chat) - 2nd September
25th September - Absolutely no update, withdrawal still waiting.

I have sent 10's of emails to Play2Win and not had a single response back, I've had no update and was told that I would 100% receive my money after 15 business days from the approval of my ID checks (2nd September according to P2W).

How am I supposed to get my money from these people?
