Casino is Lying and Unresponsive after 30k Euro win
3 weeks ago I deposited 4000 euros by Neteller at platin casino and won up to approximately 30,000 euros.
They initially asked for passport, neteller account screenshot and utility bill as standard - which I provided.
Then after a few days stalling they asked for a notarised copy of my passport.
This was then provided to them.
It has now been over a week since it was sent to them, and then just today I receive email:
"Hello,
due to discrepancy between the document initially provided and the document notarised upon our request, the provided documentation is unfortunately not sufficient to proceed with your request. Please provide us with another valid government-issued passport document, in order to proceed.

This is completely utterly nonsense as there can be zero discrepency between my passport and my notarised passport.
I have even provided them with a passport selfie as well.
i am sending my ID documents to askgamblers to show that they are lying.
