Withdrawal delayed over 80 hours despite claiming under 24 hour withdrawals

Piggybet claims to process withdrawals within 24 hours or less. It has now been over 82 hours since I requested my withdrawal, and despite multiple follow-ups, I keep receiving the exact same copy-paste response with no real explanation or update.

My account is fully verified, there are no pending documents, no active bonuses, and no wagering requirements attached to my balance. I simply deposited money, played normally, won, and requested a withdrawal. This should be one of the most straightforward withdrawal cases possible.

Instead of honoring the timeframe they advertise, I’m being given the runaround with generic responses that do nothing to explain the delay or provide any realistic processing estimate. At this point, the issue is no longer just the delay itself, but the complete lack of transparency and meaningful customer support.

If Piggybet advertises 24-hour withdrawals, customers should reasonably expect that promise to be respected — especially in clear-cut cases like this where the account is fully verified, and there are no apparent issues preventing payment.

As of today, the withdrawal still remains under review despite the casino acknowledging that this has effectively been one continuous unresolved withdrawal situation for 14(!) days.

The current withdrawal request, which was requested 5 days ago, remains pending with no concrete processing timeframe provided.

We fully understand your frustration and acknowledge that, from the player’s perspective, this has been one continuous withdrawal situation extending over more than 10 days. We also understand the concern caused by seeing the withdrawal request disappear without a clear final resolution at that moment.

However, we would like to clarify that the previous withdrawal request could no longer continue in processing status after it had been cancelled from the player’s side within the system. Once this occurs, the original request is automatically closed and cannot continue through the approval flow.

Regarding the communication provided during the process, the support team shared the latest available status and updates that were accessible at each stage of the review. We understand that this may have felt repetitive and did not provide the level of clarity the player expected, and we sincerely regret that frustration.

At this moment, the newly submitted withdrawal request is active and pending review by the relevant department. We can confirm that the case is being followed accordingly, and the request remains under processing.
