4th delayed withdrawal
I would like to file a complaint against Piggy7 regarding repeated delays in processing my withdrawal.
According to the casino’s Terms and Conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 24 hours. However, this is not the first time they have failed to meet this deadline.
My current withdrawal request has now exceeded 48 hours and is still pending without any valid explanation. This is already another instance of the same issue, which indicates a pattern of not respecting their own stated processing times.
I find this behavior unacceptable, especially since the casino clearly advertises a 24-hour withdrawal processing period. Players should be able to rely on the operator’s terms.
I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and assist in ensuring that my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible, and that the casino adheres to its stated policies in the future.
