I have attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their support is unhelpful

I am submitting a formal complaint against Piggy7.com regarding a delayed withdrawal and the casino's failure.
According to the casino’s Terms and Conditions, the withdrawal processing timeframe is clearly stated as 24 hours. However, it has now been 3 days (72 hours), and my request remains "Under Review."
I have attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their support is unhelpful. My emails are being ignored, and the Live Chat agents provide only scripted, repetitive responses telling me "not to worry" without providing any specific reason for the delay or an expected completion time.
My account is fully verified, and I have not breached any terms. I believe the casino is intentionally stalling the payment.
I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to intervene and help me secure my funds. I have attached screenshots of the withdrawal request and my chat transcripts as evidence.
