2000 EUR withdrawal delayed over 3 days

I am submitting this complaint regarding a 2,000 euros withdrawal delay at PiggyBet Casino.
My account was fully verified before the withdrawal request, which was submitted after I made 6 deposits. PiggyBet Casino states in its Terms & Conditions (Article 7.9) that withdrawals are processed within a maximum time of 24 hours, they also confirmed this to me by chat.
However, it has now been more than 60 hours since I requested the withdrawal, and the withdrawal status has not changed. I've asked the support again, who are being nice, but always provide the same reply. It'll be done soon; I need more patience, but without anything specific, which is pretty concerning, especially as this is my first withdrawal after 5 lost deposits.
I genuinely enjoyed playing at PiggyBet due to the wide selection of slots and live games. However, this situation has left me feeling misled and disappointed, as the casino is not respecting the 24 hours processing time and is not providing any explanation.
I kindly ask Askgamblers to assist me in receiving my 2,000 euros withdrawal and clarifying why PiggyBet Casino is not processing it within the stated timeframe.
