I used bonus code which I founded on askgamblers and claimed it on jackpotcalital. I get 15 dolars and with that 15 dolars I made 75 and rollover bonus tnan I requested payout at monday (5 days ago).At tuesday jackpotcapital sent me email to send documents for verification, I done itinstantly, but after than they wanted to I sent my photo where they can see my face and identification document, I done and that instantly and my account was finaly verified at thursday 17.36 whene they sent me email (they nedded 3 days to verify my account, from monday to thursday). Now is sunday evening and I still didnt get my money, I asked them on chat few times when I will get my money but every advisor said me different. Two advisors yesterday said me I will get money until yesterday end of the day but nothing. When I asked today, they say I must wait monday (because 48 bussines hours is nedded after I was verified, but they havent that rule in terms. Im sure I wouldnt get money at monday, because every time when I asked they delaying.. This isnt normal what are thay doing (one more time: payout is requested at monday, Im verified at thursday).. Thanks and sorry for bad english..

Delayed bitcoin withdrawal
I have played on this site before and submitted my verification information and have successfully cashed out twice. I am not a bonus chaser because of the strict requirements, so I don't accept them. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $1000 and the following day I get an email from security saying: ------------ Thank you for choosing JackpotCapital Casino. I thought maybe they were delaying the bitcoin payment because the mining fees are high so I even offered to have the mining fee taken out of my payment. Still no payment. I just want my money and my account closed.
