Payed $300 less than requested

So on June 26th I requested a payout for $1,946 using bitcoin and on July 1st I was payed but the amount I received was $1614. I understand that bitcoin is volatile however, the blockchain transaction shows only 1614 was sent and the difference isn’t due to a fluctuating price since I compared the amount of bitcoin sent against the price of bitcoin on July first. I have contacted the casino showing both blockchain proof and proof of my wallet as well as the trading price of the day the funds were sent and I’m told “we sent 1949, contact bitcoin” I asked for some kind of proof other than an email simply stating your withdrawal of 1949 has been processed and they told me that’s all the proof they have. On a hunch, I checked the price of bitcoin the day I requested the payout and even though 24-48 hours is their review and processing time I wasn’t paid until the following week so they are basing my payout off the day i requested the funds and not off the day they were actually approved and processed which is taking complete advantage of the volatile nature of bitcoin. I even explained to them that I understand that if the correct amount was sent and the price were to drop during the blockchain processing then that is understandable but not sending a lesser amount entirely because they let 5 days pass before sending funds.

Dear Jackpot Capital Casino,

Please keep in mind that according to the website you referred to (https://wwww.oanda.com) in your last post, the historical Bitcoin rates for July 1st are as follow - https://prnt.sc/opjam5

Please explain how it is even possible a daily fluctuation of less than $400 to result in a close to $300 loss during the transaction of only 0.16143 Bitcoins.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Dear @Csully90,

Kindly note that the convertor https://wwww.oanda.com is a common reliable business tool used by several online merchants across the entertainment business.
When it comes to Bitcoin pay-outs we want to ensure to use the most accurate conversion available at the time of processing pay-outs.
As with any FX (even outside of Crypto) there is no central rate.
It’s a dynamic market with many different participants and therefore prices.
We are sorry to hear, that you feel like you have been short paid, however we can assure you, that this transaction was processed according to the daily conversion rate."

Kind regards,
Jackpot Capital Team

I have went ahead and taken a look at the link you provided and that website is not a publicly recognized exchange not to mention it requires you to pay to use and allows the editing of information. So I went ahead and screenshotted and highlighted several different well known trusted exchanges and even broke one of them down by time of day. I then went ahead and used a price conversion calculator to simulate changes in the price of btc on July 1st and not at any amount does .16143 equal to $ 1,949 USD.

I also went ahead and showed in the photos that if you truly sent $ 1,949 USD even at the highest btc price of the day, and the price dropped to the lowest btc price of the day that would equal to an $87.00 loss, not a $300 loss. So that would show the biggest possible drop due to price fluctuations and it still does not add up. Please feel free to look at the photos I attached and validate the websites I used. No matter which way you spin it, there is no possible way you have sent me the correct amount.

Delayed bitcoin withdrawal
I have played on this site before and submitted my verification information and have successfully cashed out twice. I am not a bonus chaser because of the strict requirements, so I don't accept them. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $1000 and the following day I get an email from security saying: ------------ Thank you for choosing JackpotCapital Casino. We have received your payout request, however upon review we noticed that your account activity is coming from a different location other than what is registered on file. Please respond to this email with an explanation for the difference in location. The processing of your withdrawal request will be placed on hold until we hear from you. Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us. --------------------------------- I have played on the same laptop from the same IP address as always. I told them that their geolocation software was faulty and that they should check my IP address history. Security replied: ----------------------------------------------- Thank you for contacting JackpotCapital Casino. We have noted the explanation offered by you in relation to the recent source of your JackpotCapital Casino account activity. We thank you for taking the time to respond and in assisting us in ensuring that your JackpotCapital account security and integrity is maintained. The processing of your withdrawal request will now proceed. ----------------------------------------------- Still no payment. I thought maybe they were delaying the bitcoin payment because the mining fees are high so I even offered to have the mining fee taken out of my payment. Still no payment. I just want my money and my account closed.
