The jackpot capital casino is a fake casino don't waste your time and money in this casino.

This casino scammed me. Where I completed my winnings requirements they told me to verify my account after submitting documents for verification. They close my account. Now I can't access my account and also can't withdraw my $150 dollar.

Please solve my issue and help me to get my winnings. They scam with me. They reject my legal documents. The same document I submitted to Grande Vegas casino, I got approved for them. But I don't know why jackpot capital casino rejects my documents maybe they don't want to give my winnings. They are Scammers.

When I complete my bonus requirements. I got a winnings of $150. After that they told me to verify. I provide all The required documents for verification but every time they are showing some problems with my documents. I provide all my verified documents to them. And one more thing by this same document I got verification from Grande Vegas casino. But the jackpot capital casino rejects and closes my account I will show you all the documents, I submitted. But why do they close my account, maybe they are a fake casino. That's why they don't want to give me my winnings.
See the same document which I submitted to Grande Vegas I got verification from Grande Vegas casino, then why they do this to me. Why did they scam me. Please try to solve my issue.

The account was locked out due to paragraph #15, due to fraudulent documentation.


15. All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. Players must provide a copy of their proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Proof of identity must match the registered name and surname. If a player fails to provide this within 4 weeks of our request, his account may be subject to lock out and winnings and/or cash-ins made, voided. In cases of fraudulent documentation, account will be locked and all winnings and/or cash-ins will be voided. Source of fund and source of wealth might be required at later stage. Also, players might be required to provide proof of how they fund e-wallet. Withdrawals are only allowed to accounts controlled and owned by the gaming account holder.
