I have played on this site before and submitted my verification information and have successfully cashed out twice. I am not a bonus chaser because of the strict requirements, so I don't accept them. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $1000 and the following day I get an email from security saying:

We have received your payout request, however upon review we noticed that your account activity is coming from a different location other than what is registered on file.
Please respond to this email with an explanation for the difference in location.
The processing of your withdrawal request will be placed on hold until we hear from you.

I have played on the same laptop from the same IP address as always. I told them that their geolocation software was faulty and that they should check my IP address history. Security replied:

Still no payment. I thought maybe they were delaying the bitcoin payment because the mining fees are high so I even offered to have the mining fee taken out of my payment. Still no payment. I just want my money and my account closed.

I've checked on your case and saw that the payout you requested was subject to routine accounts checks (as are all payouts in the casino), therefore we wanted to confirm some information with you, before finalizing the payout. However this did not delay the payout, it was the Bitcoin Network record usage during the holiday season. This resulted in an unfortunate and unexpected longer waiting and confirmation time. I'm happy to see your payout has since been processed and wish you congratulations on your winnings!

Hi,

Yes they ended up paying me. But there is one problem that may or may not be in their control. When I requested the cashout the price of Bitcoin was very high. It crashed during the week I was waiting for my payment. So when it was finally sent, it was worth $750 instead of the $1000 I cashed out. I have no problem with this as long as if I would have received the upside potential if Bitcoin rallied during this time. If Bitcoin went up by 50%, would I have received $1500? I don't know. Bitcoin cashouts shouldn't take over a week to complete. Wire transfers are faster than that! Good luck and good fortune to all the gamblers out there.
