Complaint for crazywinscasino.com (I.e., Crazywinners casino)
After reading through the complaints about this casino (I.e.,crazywinscasino) it appears that many patrons have had the same experience trying to withdraw their winnings. I made a deposit of 50$ (with no bonus) on 9/12/21. I requested a withdrawal of 600$ the same day. The agent said to allow 5-18 business days. After 18 business days (10/2/21) I contacted them via live chat and the agent said I needed to submit documents for withdrawal approval. The documents were approved on 10/3/21 and again, I was informed that the withdrawal would take 5-18 business days (which would be 10/26/21). On the 26th, I contacted them and was told that my withdrawal amount exceeds the withdrawal limit rule (I deposited 50$ and had requested a withdrawal of 600$). The agent I spoke with, instructed me to cancel the withdrawal and lower the amount to 500$, which I did. Only now, the amount it says I can withdrawal is: 0.00-0.00$. So I contacted them again and the agent said she would forward this information to my account manager. It’s been 2 days and I have yet to be contacted. They have purposely delayed my payment at every possible opportunity and still continue to do so. The first agent I spoke with should have informed me that they would need approval documents, rather than allowing 18 business days to pass and then telling me. Then they allowed 18 more days to pass before informing me that my withdrawal amount exceeded their 10x withdrawal rule. I understand that all of this is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, but at this point it appears that the delays and subsequent lack of communication to the customer, is indeed intentional. Furthermore, it appears that the casino only fixes an issue when a formal complaint has been filed. So here I am. I hope that this can be resolved in a timely manner.
