I won $1150 on BoVegas. I just received notification after several weeks of waiting that my winnings are being sent but they are saying I am only receiving $250 and are sending the $250 to three different cards I played with instead of the requested checking account. One of the cards was previously closed because of fraud. They put my left over winnings of $900 back into my casino account. I submitted a new withdrawal request for the $900 but I'm afraid they will keep sending a small amount over a long period of time to cards instead of the wire transfer promised. I just want my winnings sent in one piece. This is all very confusing.

The Casino reserves the right to process any withdrawals from Casino accounts via the method(s) used to fund the account wherever possible; in the event of a withdrawal delay, the Casino will look for the best available method in order to process the withdrawal.
Secondly, as for the installment amount, it is explained in the Paragraph 8.2.3. Casino reserves the right to send the winnings in installments depending on the player class.
For your own comfort, we have simplified the withdrawal procedure by releasing our players from wire transfer fees and improving the speed of withdrawal processing.
