I have requested that my winnings be withdrawd and returned to me, Pamper did return all of the deposits to my credit card that were part of the winnings. I have been trying to recieved the remaining balance that was not returned by credit card to me. The respomse from them was that it was escalated to the accounting manager, but this has been going on for some time now. Can you please return the balance to me by bank wire. I enjoy their service and plan on continuing to play there but I am a little concerned right now over the lenght of time it is taking to receive my winnings. Thanks much

This player's withdrawal has already been processed. He has requested Money transfer which has monthly limitations. We can do bank wire if he wishes but he needs to contact Accounting with wiring instructions.

Thank you AskGambler for helping to intervene, Pamper Casino is a great service, things sometimes get a little back logged, but for the most part they have done what they said that they were going to do pertaining to my account as far as crediting my credit card and transferring money for winnings....thanks for being there...Keep up the good work.
