Pamper Casino - Problem with withdrawal

I played for several years on Pamper Casino , and I 've made ​​withdrawals without problem. The last dated 19 August.

However, on October 1, I opened a ticket to request a withdrawal by attaching proof of residence , 3 days later the ticket was closed without explanation and my request hasn't been processed. So I contacted the support, the next day my ticket was reopened . October 08, the finance department would reply "We're pleased to inform you that your withdrawal request has already been pre-approved and has been forwarded to processing. "

3 days after having nothing I always ask them why my withdrawal has not been processed.

They tell me October 15: " Your request is pending and it should be processed shortly. We have notify our accounting manager about your update. "

As a reminder, if there is not a first withdrawal it is written : "If approved, the withdrawal will then be processed in 2-3 business days. "

It has been 14 business days I expect.
