Pamper Casino - no answers

I have put a request for a withdrawal in about two weeks ago. Customer support tells me to put another ticket in to ask for an update on the ticket i already have in...NO ANSWER FROM THAT ONE EITHER. These guys must be on coffee break ...full fucking time...even the customer service guy when i called sounded like I was the first person he ever lifted the phone to. Whats taking so long?
