OK, so I've been playing at Pamper because the games are fun. Here's the catch, you have to deposit with a bonus, you can only win with the bonus, but before you play the bonus you have to lose your deposit first...that's right, the only way you can withdraw money that you win is if you throw your deposit away on purpose and then play with the bonus and meet the play through requirements. You can not win money with your deposit...it must be thrown away before you can try to win money you can withdraw. Here is part of a chat I had with a Pamper Rep. :
00:07TheNewtMan: Let me lay this out for you...you have to make a deposit to get a bonus...you can only win money by meeting the playthrough with your bonus...only before you play with your bonus you have to lose your deposit first...so you have to throw your deposit money away on purpose so you can try to win with the bonus?
00:08Rod R.: Yes, that is correct
00:08TheNewtMan: that is messed up!
00:09TheNewtMan: it's funny how I lost with the huge 440 bonus and won with my little 20 deposit
00:10TheNewtMan: and you guys have seporate games for real money and bonus money
00:11Rod R.: I am sorry Mark, I understand you, I know the casino rules are kind of unique, yes we have separate games to play with cash and bonus money
So I have over $700 in my account that I won with my deposit and they are saying I can't withdraw it!
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
Thank you all for your cooperation.
You can close this complaint.
It would seem that I was just misinformed by casino personnel that should be trained better and the rules should be written more clearly.
> how can I tell when I met my wagering requirements and I can start to withdraw?
You can message Accounting directly to find out how far along you are at this point.
That's not what I was told, I have several transcripts. I simple contacted customer support to see if I met my wagering requirements yet or to see how much more I had to play and they told me that because I lost my bonus first that I lost everything.
So I guess my next question is, how can I tell when I met my wagering requirements and I can start to withdraw?
Thanks you, Mark
