Account locked
Hi,
First of all i dont speak english very well so i hope you ll understand me. Two weeks ago,my account was blocked after i won about 800 euros in one day. When the account was still active I made a 50Euro selection (which never came to me even though it has the status of PAID on my account) and I was asked to verify, so I sent documents that were approved and then the support told me that I should repeat the payout 50 Euro I have already received. Subsequently, I entered a selection of 600 Euro which was rejected and my account was locked.
Meanwhile, I found out that I was wrong to write my date of birth (one day mistake) when I created an account. I immediately contacted support and they corrected it in my account and then I received a new account verification confirmation. I was waiting for the department's statement, and I was informed that the account would remain permanently blocked due to the "system abuse", and no one else had spoken to me to clarify the problem. I dont know what ''system abuse''mean still.
As far as the wihdraw of my balance is concerned, no one had spoken to me yet, so I am asking for all my money (1070 Euros). I do not mind permanent account blocking. They do not communicate with me at all.
