Hello there. I won the maximum amount from freespins 50 euros.

Made an withdrawal that i have proof of and it was a success.

Before that i made some rollbacks as u can look here..

as u guys see the last one was an success now they tell me i have rolled back the winnings and spent it all which is a totally joke !

I made rollbacks yes... but the last one was a SUCCESS and i didnt roll it back as u guys can see .....

But that is what they are telling me and no money on my account since it was succeeded like 12 days ago now.. Please help me best wishes Vibeke

Thank you for your feedback. The screenshot which you provided however, is misleading. What is visible there is still all the number of the transactions in your account. What you did - from the drop down menu you selected "withdraw" but you made the screenshot before pressing "filter" so actually all the transactions are still visible on the screenshot, not only the withdrawal attempts.

As previously stated, transaction 384613693 is not a withdrawal, but a rollback of your previous request.
It has status "SUCCESS" indeed, but this only confirms that the money are successfully returned back to your balance.
There is also the note "max winnings from free spins are 50 EUR" as you can see, and this note is there because your previous withdrawal request was exceeding this amount (100 EUR) and thats why the withdrawal request was rolled back.

Again, after previously explained, after your last rollback, you played and lost your entire funds, and there were no further withdrawal requests from your side with the correct amount.

YUpp i did 2 rolebacks of 100 euros then i did a 50 euro succeeded withdrawal AS U SEE ON THIS PRINT SCREEN. SUCCEESS and that is NOT a roleback. but no money recieved.

Please help.

Please note, the transaction which you are referring to is a rollback to your account.

You made a withdrawal request of 100 EUR earlier, and transaction 384613693 which you pasted is
the rollback notification afterwards, which tells you that money have been send back to your account, with the kind note that you have to make a withdrawal request from free spins, with amount not higher than 50 EUR.

You spent all of your funds in the casino however afterwards, and there were no next withdrawals from you which our team could be able to process.
