I opened an account with dunder and made a few deposits, 24 hours later I got a bit of luck and withdrew my winnings. I go to check my account a few hours later to se wit my withdrawal had been processed but my account had been blocked. I contacted them about this and they said I needed to be verified which is fair enough. I sent them my drivers liscence and signed their “proof of wealth” form along with a recent payslip as these were all requested. Thought that’s fair enough and it would be settled shortly. No contact made to me within 24 hours so o contact them again and they said they didn’t get my wage slip so I sent this again. No contact made within another 24 hours so I ask them whats going on, they then requested both sides of my bank card, a utility bill and recent bank statements proving that I get paid weekly. I sent them all immediately as I want thos resolved but still they made no contact with me. 72 hours have gone by so I emailed asking what’s going on, they have now asked for a p60 which I don’t have as I am self employed but I feel they are asking for more and more paper work to delay this process or get out or paying out this win. I have been compliant with their process even though I feel this is excessive. Not once have they emailed me to let me know what’s happening, I’ve had to speak to someone on live chat who says they will pass on my messages but nothing ever comes of it.

Okay I’ve been able to send all the documents asked of me but this is still not good enough. I deposited from my credit card so that’s where my funds came from. It’s plaily obvious they are trying to get out of paying my winnings. Why won’t they reply via here either?
