Not paid £60
I used the casino and deposited £60 of cash via debit card, and skrill. However Upon asking for it to be withdrawn after playing (minimum £60 withdrawal). They took an unusually long time. Thus I rang them, emailed them and messaged them on live chat. 3 or 4 months later....no reply or progress. Although after a few months, they told me i needed to send documents in...So i sent the documents to the email given, and received no reply. After multiple calls and live chats, I recently went onto my account to find my balance is "unavailable" and the operator said it was "zero"...so I now have no cash, no withdrawal being processed...and still no response.
