Sun Palace Casino - Not getting paid for over 5 weeks now!

Ive been trying to get paid going on 5 weeks now. First a check was sent for $700. But it did not have the right amount of routing numberson it. Then my bank lost check. So decided to do wire transfer for $575 because I was charged $125 for them to resend it. I got email on August 28,2015 saying they sent wire transfer that day around 3.30 pm. But it never made it to my bank. I stayed informed with them to let them no I never got it. I asked for there swift code number and transaction number for the wire transfer so my bank could help locate it. No matter how many times I asked they never gave me the info. Then Sept 23,2015 I get email saying they found an error in the file packet containing my payment and would turn it over to the right dept to research it. These people just seem to be putting me off. I just want my winnings can you help me at all. This is so unfair. They sure do not mind taking my money right away. But want pay out. Sandra Smith

I got email saying the casino responed. But i cant seem to see their response.

Dear Ms. Smith. Our Finance Dept has been in contact with you several times regarding your withdrawal. The cheque that we originally sent you was lost by your bank, not by us. Once you notified us of that, we made arrangements to re-issue payment via ACH. The ACH information you provided was incorrect and the payment returned by our provider. Please respond directly to Finance's emails to this matter. Thank you.
