My withdrawal preapproved is still into my player account

Hello,
Excuse me for my english i am french. I have made a withdrawal the 8 july and it has been pre approved the 10 july but the money that i have won, 400euros, without bonus, is still in my account player. The accounting tell me it was forward to process, but it don't move. It is the day 10 today, and i am supposed to receive my withdrawal in 14 day max. I can not submit a ticket because i have technical problem with their web site, my ticket can not be sens. It is the support who has submit my withdrawal the first time. But the support don't want to answer at withdrawal question now. Please, could you help me to know why my money is not forward to process yet please ? Thank you very much

Hello,

As per our payout rules there is a 2% neteller withdrawal fee. Which worked out to the $8.. All payouts have some fees, Neteller is the smallest at 2%.
