Delayed payment worth only 150€

Still no payment after a month of waiting. Requested my winnings of $150 on jan. 12 .I sent in all required documents including my bitcoin wallet address .I also have read the terms and conditions on there website and have followed them as stated.Please help me resolve this issue.Thank you.

Hello, on June 4th I requested a withdrawal from Moneystorm casino after playing a $300 no deposit bonus, I met the play-through and requested a withdrawal for the $150 that they said I was eligible to withdraw. I opened a ticket as per their process and attached the required verification documents. I waited 3 full business days per their website , no response, I did not open any new tickets, I followed up to get any kind of status update on June 9th, no response again, I opened a different ticket through their management ticket\inquiry system, no response. I check my ticket every day and it is still not assigned to anyone. I understand first time withdrawals can take up to 10 business days however my ticket has not been touched and no one has responded to me at all. Ask Gambler PLEASE help me get some sort of communication going!!! Thank you :)

I played a no deposit bonus and won $150 USD that is able to be withdrawn, and just like i read in this and other forums they are very terrible for first time payouts. I played other no deposit bonuses and won money after this bonus was won and recieved payment from them already with not one bit of hassle. I try to speak with customer support but they just say they will update my ticket but i def think they just say this as i view my tickets and nothing has changed. ive sent all my verification info off to moneystorm and also pamper casino since they are affiliates and was advised to do so by moneystorm live chat but still nothing. like i said its been 18 days and i havn't even gotten so much as an email from either casino and im starting to think im not going to get paid. i think its pretty rediculous to not live up to what you say. 3 days and your supposed to hear a response well its been 18 and still nothing

Hi, I've made withdrawal request on 2nd November, and after that I've sent my documents for verifying my account. So, my documents were accepted on 24th November and I've been asked for my Neteller account. So I did that instantly, and on 4th December I received update that my "account has been validated for withdrawals. We will now submit your request for $152 via Neteller to our processor." So from that point I always get answer from Accounting that my transfer is pending and that they will update me when It's completed. So there are month and a half and I still didn't get my money. First when i played at this casino and won a small amount of money, everything went good. Then I made another deposit and happened to won a bigger amount of money. They asked for copy of identification and those usual documents, fair enough. I send them. Then some sort of account limit increase document. Even that wasn't anything usual, very ridicilous. Well, I fill it send it. Then I had email what said that they are processing my cashout now and if I want to follow it, it will delay the process. This email a got 7 weeks ago. Well I didn't wanted to delay the process and nothing has happened. I have contacted network, which game I played and this wasn't very helpful experience.
