Hello


I tried to make a deposit in my account on tuesday at 17.00, i realize I could not as the option deposit was offering only bitcoins. I immediatly reported to the support.
More than 24 hours later, I am still waiting to make a deposit, nothing is sorted. I ask twice for compensation. I got 2 times 21 spins of 0.10 euros. So less than 5 euros.

Up to now I can not make a deposit. When I ask to the support an update of the situation. They keep replying you have to wait. How long can a person wait ????

Maria’s case cannot be attributed to error or negligence on our side.
