Did not receive funds


i signed up on sept 7/13 i redeemed their new player code of freechip$300.

i made playthrough and requested withdraw that same day.i sent in all documents along with the withdraw ticket.

now on sept16/13 moneystorm emailed me saying my withdraw was approved for withdraw to moneybookers and is now sent over to processing, then they closed my ticket.

i contacted them twice on the phone to ask them to send message to accounting that i did not receive my withdraw yet, but still no answer or funds received.

today i login to my moneystorm account to still see the $150 still sitting in my account, these guys did not even start my withdraw but they say they did. there is no money received yet to my moneybookers!

please help
