I made a withdrawal after completing a bonus which was offered to me via email.
I´ve reached out to eypobet on the 30th of december followed by an answer on the 31st. Which was quite nice and told me to rest assure, my money would be transfered and she would check with the financial department regarding the issue.
After this inital email i´ve sent email to follow up on my withdrawal as follows:
- 4th of january - still no answer
- 8th of january - no answer
- 9th of january - no answer.
I´ve been on the so called "live chat" for almost an hour now. it says that i´m connected but no one is answering.
Eypobet, your a great bookmaker and have a nice casino section. but your support is quite terrible at the moment. I´ve seen that you´ve contacted some players through this site and i hope that you will do the same with me.
