Eypobet Casino is not paying my winnings

On 14 December I opened an account at Eypobet and I used their welcome bonus in order to increase my chances to win. Chances were with me and from my starting balance of 200 euro I managed to finish bonus wagering with a 3061 euro balance playing only slots games. From that moment until February 2015 I didn't placed a bet using this balance at Eypobet casino. On February 2015 I decided that I want to cash out a part of my balance but I found my account closed without any notice. After heavy attempts to get in touch with someone from Eypobet I manage to reopen my account after I complete the verification process. On my first payment they informed me that my balance was reduced from 3061 euro to 2456 euro. Taking 20% (605 euro) of my balance after they applied a predatory term. I have very strong assumptions that the used term was added recently in order to affect my balance. Since the used term is not numbered and is framed between two terms unrelated to each other. You can see the problematic term in the attached file. Since I consider that Eypobet invented therms somehow specially for me I want to ask through this complain to have my taken sum of 605 euro added back to my casino account.

Hello, I signed up at Eypobet on 30th January and recieved their welcomebonus as promised. Less than a week later I had finished the rollover according to my own calculation and also my accountinfo, so I decided to make a withdraw. I was told I needed to send in documents so I did that the same day and 5 days later (12th Feb) I got a email saying my account was verified and that I would be able to make a withdraw. I replied that I already had a withdraw pending and then they answeared that I would have it in 3-5 working days, which I found quite strange as I used Trustly for my withdraw which according to their own site and my own experience usually takes about 5-10 minutes. I checked my account and the money was still withdrawn from my account but there was no sign of the withdraw in the 'Transactions'-window which got me a little worried as withdraws usually ends up there. Therefore I tried to get a response from Eypobets support on what was going on with my money and why it was taking so long when I used Trustly for the withdraw, but they havent responded me in the chat for 10 days and ignoring all my emails until last Thursday (19th Feb) when I finally got a response, but all it said was that it was forwarded to the financial department and I havent heard anything since then. What worries me the most is that there is no sign of a withdraw being made on my accountinfo and the fact that their support completely ignores my emails and chatmessages, I've experienced once that they responded when I was chatting anonymous and then they closed the chat when I revealed who I was. I heard from a friend that he got his money a few days after submitting a complaint here so I hope I have the same fortune as him. Hi, My relation with Eypobet casino started in Aug 2014. Since then until Dec 2014 I made ten deposits worth 2800 EUR. On 21 Dec I won 2000 EUR after I claimed a reload promotion. Since was my first win at this casino after nine lost deposits I have requested a withdrawal. They asked for documents and on 12 Jan Eypobet customer support informed me that my account is successfully verified. From that moment my payment did not appear even if I asked for details and updates to [email protected] and [email protected]. Also the mother company Payific LTD phone number is not working. With this post I want to capture the attention of the Eypobet management in order to be paid.

Maximum allowed withdrawal at this casino is €1000. I had a win of €4200 here and have received €900+€1000. I have requested €1000 more than a month ago but not received it. I also have €1300 still on my account. I get no response from live chat or e-mail support.

I made a withdrawal after completing a bonus which was offered to me via email. I´ve reached out to eypobet on the 30th of december followed by an answer on the 31st. Which was quite nice and told me to rest assure, my money would be transfered and she would check with the financial department regarding the issue. After this inital email i´ve sent email to follow up on my withdrawal as follows: - 4th of january - still no answer - 8th of january - no answer - 9th of january - no answer. I´ve been on the so called "live chat" for almost an hour now. it says that i´m connected but no one is answering. Eypobet, your a great bookmaker and have a nice casino section. but your support is quite terrible at the moment. I am having the same experience as SeatFan.
I am having winnings being slowpayed all the way from late November last year.
I got my account verified within 10 days or so. Since then I had gotten paid 2000 out of 6000 of my win.
They still have 4 batches of 1k to pay me.

Last email I got was on 25. 12., acknowledging that this had already taken unusually long and promising personal attention to the case from one of their staff (not sure if I should post who it was here), which was also verified by one of their managers (again, same for her name, as well).

Since then I haven't been able to contact them on live chat, as there's noone on, and they haven't responded to three more emails asking for an update. Last payment was made on 2nd of Jan.

I am waiting for my withdraw 2000 TL from eypobet since 08.01 but they don't send it. They don't answer my mails nor answer on live chat. Where is eypobet? Can anyone hear me? When will you pay my money?

Hello, At the beginning of December I played at EypoBet casino and got lucky on the slots. After the play session I uploaded the verification documents, for which I received confirmation of approval on Dec. 12th (1 month ago). Since then my withdrawals are pending (the site only allows payment requests of 1000 eur at a time). The last communication I got from the casino was on Dec. 23rd saying "Your request has been transferred to the the financial department. Please, considering this period of the year, it's possible your request will take more time to be processed. We apologize for the delay and be assured it's exceptional your first withdraw has not been processed yet." The more recent e-mail enquiries I sent (within the last week) remained unanswered and there's nobody on live chat even though it shows as 'online' on the EypoBet homepage.

Im waiting a payment from eypobet since 10th december. They always promised my money is on the way but i dont believe him. I have all my ID, address, bank account verificate before 10th december. First they always answer me via chat or email but now they always dont answer nothing (more than 20 live chat tried and no answer and more than 5 email without answer) I win 650 EUROS playing sportsbook and refuse to pay me. I have played in many online casino and i only play slots, so i saw the eypobet casino and i won try to take a withdraw but they had problems with trustly so i had to put in money with my creditcard instead so i get the withdrawal and it worked fine the 3-4 times i made a withdrawal. But everytime i had to ask them how it goes and the support had tomail the finance department about it. And the last withdrawal i have made i havent seen and its about a month ago, lots of emailing the support and they say they have sent the money but i havent got them and i have prooved it and they sent me a arn nr and my bank and the creditcard company dont see any money from them.
