I played Lucky247 since begin december 2013, and got a bit lucky and won € 600,- and requested a withdrawal. I got an e-mail asking for some documents for proof of my ID.
No problem, I had to do this at al the casino's I play at.
First I did send a copy of my ID and a copy of my bank account (no older than 3 months), after two days i got the request to send a utility bill (no older than 3 months), i did that also.
Now i got an e-mail that they couldnt accept these documents because they are internetstatements, but the documents are 100% real documents from my bank and utility provider.
So now they wont pay out, this is really the first time ever and a big let down.
Could you get in contact the casino for me, and ask them to process my withdrawal as requested, if they need any other documents that is no problem of course !
