Withdrawal refused and account terminated!!


First problem I had was registering my account i was told my details had already been used before which was impossible I was on phone and chat with customer service for over hour to resolve issue. After issue registering was resolved I played on casino for few months and made many deposits from both my debit card and ukash. I won $1000 which I tried to withdraw I then received email requesting verification documents which I sent twice and after 2 weeks waiting I received a email saying my account has been terminated. I called support and was given no reason at all they refused to resolve problem.
I have been treated unfairly by Lucky247 casino I have accounts with many other casino and never ever did the treat me in this way.

I don't understand what the problem is why I am being treated this way?? I have done nothing wrong to deserve this! Clearly you are just making excuses not to pay me out what I won. This is the only casino I have had trouble with I have accounts with 32red, gowild, platinumplay, riyalvegas I have won many times and withdraw without any problem at all!! Why have all the other casino verified my account and happily paid me my what I won?? Why makes Lucky247 any different from the rest?? Why was there no issue every time I made a deposit?? Only when I win and withdraw all of a sudden there is a problem. Show me where I have made any other deposit other than my account! If the documents I sent you for verification was not enough I would have been more than happy to send you more documents if you had asked. I honestly feel i have been swindled.

Hi and thank you for your response yes I am aware I opened a complaint with eCOGRA wich I never heard back from even after trying to contact eCOGRA several times I still received no reply. I dont understand what the problem is I sent all documents you requested to have my account verified you know I had trouble registering my account to start with. I made many deposits from both my debit card and ukash use were quick to take my money but when I won $1000 you wont pay me out. If you go back and have a look at your chat history or recorded phone calls you will clearly see I had trouble registering my account I was told someone had used my details previously I was on phone with support until I was told the issue was resolved and it was safe for me to play.

Will it ever process my payout?
on sat the 27th of may 2017 I made a withdrawal for £1000, this was with real money not bonus's, the time scale was 5 working days, I gave enough time for the weekend and the bank holiday, after reading all these bad reviews I opened online chat on Monday the 5th of June the chat was disconnected 3 times, when I did speak to somebody they said give it until the Tuesday. Tuesday no fund's again, I rang them up on hold 20 minutes put the phone down, I rang back a lady answered who was rude sat laughing at me and stayed quite. I put the phone down and rang back, a man answered who looked in to this for me and said he will get a transaction number. he emailed back saying for some reason the payment had failed??? how does this happen convenient . He said that by the close of business on the tues my funds will be processed. today it wed the 7th of may ive rang again and again on hold 20 minutes no answer just told to ring back by Friday if no money is showing in my bank ive emailed again no reply now when I log in to my account live chat does not connect and there's suddenly no phone number to call them, I am a vip customer with gala mecca and William hill never have I had any issues all winning are paid in a few days. I have read the response off the customer services to some customers on here which are disgraceful, this site needs to be shut down robbing money of there customers!!!! ive got recordings and screen shots and names that will all be sent to head office and the gambling commission and I will write as many reviews on as many sites as I can until I get my money. there's that many unhappy customers maybe all go to watch dog and take them to court
