I won a little money over a month ago from Lucky247 and tried to withdraw. Waited 2 weeks and sent an email to ask about the status. The funds magically appeared back in my account. After wasting some of the winnings (shame on me) on this casino I withdrew again. Waited AGAIN. Finally I was told I needed to submit verification documents I have ALREADY provided in the past. Fine, I did that too. 2 weeks later you are still dicking me around. I have received ANOTHER email asking for the docs and another stating they are received. Between Serge, Joey and Carl you are unable to read and follow simple correspondents and continually ask me the same info. I am beyond frustrated and demand someone resolve this bafflingly poor customer service.
