Like many others, I'm becoming very impatient with Dunders verification process. I made a withdrawal request early morning on February 27th, got an e-mail asking for verification documents, which I sent them immediately after. On 28th I got an e-mail asking for two of the requested documents again. They didnt explain what was wrong with them, but I took new copies of id and utility bill and sent them anyway. Waited til next day, and they wanted yet another utility bill. No explanations this time either. I was in contact with service chat, where they promised to accept the last document "since it was ok". So you can see the document, but cant approve of it while checking for it? Most online casinos take a max 24h with their verification process, 3 days (going on 4) is just ridiculous. Hopefully they pay out eventually, still I'm personally definitely never playing with them again and cant recommend the site for anyone.
