Hello.
I played at this casino for a month, now I want to withdraw my winnings, but I can’t even make a withdrawal request without going through a KYC. I submitted all the required documents on June 27, but my account is still not verified and the support team is ignoring my emails. Please help verify my account and withdraw funds.
