Rigged game in blackjack

Hello everyone!

I have now tried to resolve the problem for like 2 weeks without progress.

You can never reach the live chat or email.

Problem:

I have been all in at blackjack for 460€

The dealer deals the first cards out after he puts away the shoe from the cameras in like 1-2 minutes, and then puts it back and wins the round.

I couldn't write to in live chat in the game, because I had no money left, so directly I wrote to the live chat who said to write an email to us.

I have written 1 email with information and date & time and all the stuff they needed.

Then goes one week and the answer is the same as last time which is please give us information, but they already had all the stuff.

So now I can't reach them, and they never answer on email

Withdrawal is taking too long

Good day. Today I am writing the complaint against the casino (Lucyscasino). I deposited about 700€ there a good 3 weeks or so ago. Then I won 3500€ with sports betting. I then applied for a payout and unfortunately you can only pay out a maximum of €500 there, nothing more. I thought it didn't matter because then I just have to apply 7 times until I get my entire money.

Then my payout was directly rejected by the department within hours because they wanted to have a selfie with my identity card. I sent and again applied for a payout of 500€, after 12 hours again a rejection because they wanted a screenshot of my mobile phone bill, I sent. Then my account was also verified according to support.

Then I requested a payout of 500€ again and since then I have also been waiting for my payout! I submitted my request for payment on 06/02/2023 and since then it has not even been processed. Funny because before that, they always answered me directly to my payout within hours.

So according to their Agbs, a payout will take a maximum of 72 hours. But have been waiting for it for almost 2 weeks and it's always the same excuses. Allegedly, the department is overloaded, but if you're honest, 100% is a lie, they certainly don't even have 100 customers a day who want to pay out, and I've been waiting for it for 2 weeks. The support does not help you, they say it is another department and then immediately go out of the live chat. I have already tried everything possible, I have tried to get in touch with the manager myself but it is rejected.

I don't want to wait 1 year for my 3500€ now, so please help quickly. I have to apply 7 times either way until I get all the money.

In the screenshots I send them below, you can already see the duration of the payout and what they always answer me.

Ask for quick help. Because I need the money.

Rejected withdrawal requests

Here's the situation:

I verified myself with them via the document upload, after which I requested a withdrawal of 500€. After some time I received the following information:

"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been canceled by the payments department and the amount has been returned to your account.

You are kindly requested to provide the following documents so that your account can be fully verified and your withdrawal can be completed. "

 -Photograph of an official bank document stating your account information (account holder name, IBAN *********& Swift)."

They already received a Bank statement, but ok. I sent it and did a New request.

Then this Mail arrived:

"Thank you for providing us your document BANK*9980 kindly note that it has been reviewed and accepted. Please make a new withdrawal request."

OK, I did it again.

Then this:

"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been canceled by the payments department and the amount has been returned to your account.

You are kindly requested to make a new withdrawal request without special characters in the name section.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."

OK, I did it again.

AT this time they already received the following documents via mail or upload:

- ID Front and back

- passport

- Phone bill

- Bank statement

- Bank document Front and back

- Selfie with ID

- proof of salary

I did a new request followed by this mail:

" We would like to inform you that your previous withdrawal request has been rejected.

Please send us a digital photo of you holding your id or passport in your hands, close to your face, to allow for identification.

The papers/documents used for the ID process should be official documents only and the same as the ones you have already sent us."

They already received it one day before via upload... But ok I sent them a Selfie with my passport and ID again and did a new request.

Then this:

" We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your documents have successfully been checked. Please note that we hold the right to ask for further documentation in order to comply with our T&Cs.

You can make a new withdrawal request at this moment.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."

But They canceled it again!! I did a New request. Then this:

" We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request has been canceled by the Payments Department and the amount is available in your account.

You are kindly requested to provide us with the following documents:

An official document issued from your mobile provider, stating your full name and mobile number used upon registration.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."

They already received such a document via upload weeks ago!!! I wrote this via email:

" You already received this document via upload weeks ago. Here it is again!! Sorry, but I've got to Start a complaint via AskGamblers now. ITs Not funny anymore."

They gave this response:

"We can confirm that we have received your documents. Your documents will be reviewed by the relevant department as soon as possible, we kindly request your patience. 

Once your documents have been accepted, we will notify you accordingly via email."

Today they rejected again... Without any Information.

I started a New request...

The chat is not available since I started playing there mid of march.

Now my patience is at its end. I haven't experienced often treatment like this in many years.


Please Askgamblers help me to get my total Withdrawal of 2500€ done.

Lady Linda Slots Casino - Outstanding Withdrawal of £450 since September and no response

I submitted a withdrawal request on the 29/09/21 for the total of £450. A second withdrawal request was made a week on 06/10/21 to the value of £500 and both withdrawals were shown as “pending” on my account.

After several weeks of waiting, and after both withdrawal request had disappeared from my “pending withdrawals” page, I wrote to lady Linda casino to see what was happening and after several emails with no reply I received a generic response.

Unfortunately, they have been less than helpful in replying to my emails, and simply do not reply at all since the last reply they made.

On the 26/10/21 I eventually received my second withdrawal made on 06/10/21 of £500. I have since requested a further withdrawal of £500 which was paid out very quickly, however I have never received the withdrawal made on 29/09/21.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Lady Linda casino support both via their online contact form and via email direct asking if they could investigate why I am yet to receive the original £450 but have had no response whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgement of my email.

I am starting to think there has been some sort of error with my first withdrawal (I have never previously had any issues) but we are now approaching 2 months since my withdrawal request of £450, and since I have had two payments since I am not convinced given their lack of contact I am every going to receive this.
