Here's the situation:
I verified myself with them via the document upload, after which I requested a withdrawal of 500€. After some time I received the following information:
"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been canceled by the payments department and the amount has been returned to your account.
You are kindly requested to provide the following documents so that your account can be fully verified and your withdrawal can be completed. "
-Photograph of an official bank document stating your account information (account holder name, IBAN *********& Swift)."
They already received a Bank statement, but ok. I sent it and did a New request.
Then this Mail arrived:
"Thank you for providing us your document BANK*9980 kindly note that it has been reviewed and accepted. Please make a new withdrawal request."
OK, I did it again.
Then this:
"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been canceled by the payments department and the amount has been returned to your account.
You are kindly requested to make a new withdrawal request without special characters in the name section.
Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."
OK, I did it again.
AT this time they already received the following documents via mail or upload:
- ID Front and back
- passport
- Phone bill
- Bank statement
- Bank document Front and back
- Selfie with ID
- proof of salary
I did a new request followed by this mail:
" We would like to inform you that your previous withdrawal request has been rejected.
Please send us a digital photo of you holding your id or passport in your hands, close to your face, to allow for identification.
The papers/documents used for the ID process should be official documents only and the same as the ones you have already sent us."
They already received it one day before via upload... But ok I sent them a Selfie with my passport and ID again and did a new request.
Then this:
" We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your documents have successfully been checked. Please note that we hold the right to ask for further documentation in order to comply with our T&Cs.
You can make a new withdrawal request at this moment.
Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."
But They canceled it again!! I did a New request. Then this:
" We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request has been canceled by the Payments Department and the amount is available in your account.
You are kindly requested to provide us with the following documents:
An official document issued from your mobile provider, stating your full name and mobile number used upon registration.
Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."
They already received such a document via upload weeks ago!!! I wrote this via email:
" You already received this document via upload weeks ago. Here it is again!! Sorry, but I've got to Start a complaint via AskGamblers now. ITs Not funny anymore."
They gave this response:
"We can confirm that we have received your documents. Your documents will be reviewed by the relevant department as soon as possible, we kindly request your patience.
Once your documents have been accepted, we will notify you accordingly via email."
Today they rejected again... Without any Information.
I started a New request...
The chat is not available since I started playing there mid of march.
Now my patience is at its end. I haven't experienced often treatment like this in many years.
Please Askgamblers help me to get my total Withdrawal of 2500€ done.
