Withdrawal is taking too long
Good day. Today I am writing the complaint against the casino (Lucyscasino). I deposited about 700€ there a good 3 weeks or so ago. Then I won 3500€ with sports betting. I then applied for a payout and unfortunately you can only pay out a maximum of €500 there, nothing more. I thought it didn't matter because then I just have to apply 7 times until I get my entire money.
Then my payout was directly rejected by the department within hours because they wanted to have a selfie with my identity card. I sent and again applied for a payout of 500€, after 12 hours again a rejection because they wanted a screenshot of my mobile phone bill, I sent. Then my account was also verified according to support.
Then I requested a payout of 500€ again and since then I have also been waiting for my payout! I submitted my request for payment on 06/02/2023 and since then it has not even been processed. Funny because before that, they always answered me directly to my payout within hours.
So according to their Agbs, a payout will take a maximum of 72 hours. But have been waiting for it for almost 2 weeks and it's always the same excuses. Allegedly, the department is overloaded, but if you're honest, 100% is a lie, they certainly don't even have 100 customers a day who want to pay out, and I've been waiting for it for 2 weeks. The support does not help you, they say it is another department and then immediately go out of the live chat. I have already tried everything possible, I have tried to get in touch with the manager myself but it is rejected.
I don't want to wait 1 year for my 3500€ now, so please help quickly. I have to apply 7 times either way until I get all the money.

Ask for quick help. Because I need the money.
