Withdrawal is taking too long

I've been trying to withdraw for 3 weeks must have tried 10 times with my bank but they say your IBAN is not accepted.

They said to open a wallet so I did I opened an ezeewallet sent them a screenshot to activate it and told me to deposit with it to withdraw my balance so I did and still got rejected.

I've had enough of this I need help all I want is to withdraw the balance which is 317 euros and use another.

It is too difficult. I'm verified but makes no difference

This casino is a scam, they want to steal your money, everyone asks for more and more documents, I sent all the documents and after 2 weeks they were accepted, I requested withdrawal 4 times and they were all canceled. Now they have blocked my cashout option for a supposed security check, everyone makes excuses not to withdraw their money, I've been waiting for 3 months for my cashout option to unlock again and nothing happens.

Yes, I went through all the KYC steps, in fact I sent all the documents and a few more that were requested, selfie, video, my identification, proof of address, proof that the phone number is mine, selfie with my national identification card etc etc .

After I sent everything and they informed me that my account was fully verified, when I wanted to withdraw, they blocked that option, justifying a security investigation into my account, where they did not give me any deadline for the end (it's been 3 months) and the answer is that the competent department is analyzing it and they cannot give me any more information. In the chat they don't give any information about anything, they say they don't have the competence to help me.

The accumulated balance was all earned in the sports part, in games almost always live, without using any bonus.

I have now tried to resolve the problem for like 2 weeks without progress.

You can never reach the live chat or email.

Problem:

I have been all in at blackjack for 460€

The dealer deals the first cards out after he puts away the shoe from the cameras in like 1-2 minutes, and then puts it back and wins the round.

I couldn't write to in live chat in the game, because I had no money left, so directly I wrote to the live chat who said to write an email to us.

I have written 1 email with information and date & time and all the stuff they needed.

Then goes one week and the answer is the same as last time which is please give us information, but they already had all the stuff.

So now I can't reach them, and they never answer on email

I made a deposit of $300. Passed verification. I managed to win $700. The casino has been rejecting any payouts several times already, citing "technical reasons". They do not respond to emails, but in the online chat they write the same thing.

Tell me how to take away a license from them? They deceive all players, the casino was created to take deposits and not pay anyone!!!

Here's the situation:

I verified myself with them via the document upload, after which I requested a withdrawal of 500€. After some time I received the following information:

"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been canceled by the payments department and the amount has been returned to your account.

You are kindly requested to provide the following documents so that your account can be fully verified and your withdrawal can be completed. "

 -Photograph of an official bank document stating your account information (account holder name, IBAN *********& Swift)."

They already received a Bank statement, but ok. I sent it and did a New request.

Then this Mail arrived:

"Thank you for providing us your document BANK*9980 kindly note that it has been reviewed and accepted. Please make a new withdrawal request."

OK, I did it again.

Then this:

"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been canceled by the payments department and the amount has been returned to your account.

You are kindly requested to make a new withdrawal request without special characters in the name section.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."

OK, I did it again.

AT this time they already received the following documents via mail or upload:

- ID Front and back

- passport

- Phone bill

- Bank statement

- Bank document Front and back

- Selfie with ID

- proof of salary

I did a new request followed by this mail:

" We would like to inform you that your previous withdrawal request has been rejected.

Please send us a digital photo of you holding your id or passport in your hands, close to your face, to allow for identification.

The papers/documents used for the ID process should be official documents only and the same as the ones you have already sent us."

They already received it one day before via upload... But ok I sent them a Selfie with my passport and ID again and did a new request.

Then this:

" We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your documents have successfully been checked. Please note that we hold the right to ask for further documentation in order to comply with our T&Cs.

You can make a new withdrawal request at this moment.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."

But They canceled it again!! I did a New request. Then this:

" We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request has been canceled by the Payments Department and the amount is available in your account.

You are kindly requested to provide us with the following documents:

An official document issued from your mobile provider, stating your full name and mobile number used upon registration.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day."

They already received such a document via upload weeks ago!!! I wrote this via email:

" You already received this document via upload weeks ago. Here it is again!! Sorry, but I've got to Start a complaint via AskGamblers now. ITs Not funny anymore."

They gave this response:

"We can confirm that we have received your documents. Your documents will be reviewed by the relevant department as soon as possible, we kindly request your patience. 

Once your documents have been accepted, we will notify you accordingly via email."

Today they rejected again... Without any Information.

I started a New request...

The chat is not available since I started playing there mid of march.

Now my patience is at its end. I haven't experienced often treatment like this in many years.

Please Askgamblers help me to get my total Withdrawal of 2500€ done.

I submitted a withdrawal request on the 29/09/21 for the total of £450. A second withdrawal request was made a week on 06/10/21 to the value of £500 and both withdrawals were shown as “pending” on my account.

After several weeks of waiting, and after both withdrawal request had disappeared from my “pending withdrawals” page, I wrote to lady Linda casino to see what was happening and after several emails with no reply I received a generic response.

Unfortunately, they have been less than helpful in replying to my emails, and simply do not reply at all since the last reply they made.

On the 26/10/21 I eventually received my second withdrawal made on 06/10/21 of £500. I have since requested a further withdrawal of £500 which was paid out very quickly, however I have never received the withdrawal made on 29/09/21.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Lady Linda casino support both via their online contact form and via email direct asking if they could investigate why I am yet to receive the original £450 but have had no response whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgement of my email.

I am starting to think there has been some sort of error with my first withdrawal (I have never previously had any issues) but we are now approaching 2 months since my withdrawal request of £450, and since I have had two payments since I am not convinced given their lack of contact I am every going to receive this.

I've made a withdrawal on 30th of September of £500 and I still did not receive the money. I contacted them many times but they've been replying back with the same email everytime.

It is too long already and the last email I sent to them was 2 days ago asking about it but I did not have any response back. It's more than one month and a half waiting for my withdrawal to be received.

I started playing in this site around May. I won around 10000 euros. I have made before that around worth of 2000 euros deposit. They paid me around 500 euros a week or 2. After august, they have progressed my withdrawals once a month until September 13. Then they stopped answering my mail and nothing has happened since then. I still have 4787 euros inside of casino. But as I can't get any answer from them i cant do anything. Last time I get the answer from them was the same as always before. That we know you have withdrawal and it will be progressed as soon as possible. But i don't think 1.5 half month is as soon as possible

I've made a withdrawal of 500 euro on the 6th of October into my bank account, the withdrawal was taking from pending but I didn't receive my funds. The same was happening on the 9th of October when they took another 500 euro from pending and still no money in my bank account.
