I joined Lady Linda Casino in July and really enjoyed the site, great games and regular wins. I made 9 withdrawals up to the beginning of September all of which were delivered to my bank within 4-5 days after review. However, my withdrawal on 10 September did not and eventually arrived in my bank on 6 October, 26 days later. I made a further withdrawal on 1 October of £170 and still not received. I have another 4 outstanding withdrawals also and I'm worried I wont receive them.
I have emailed twice regarding this latest withdrawal but no response. There is no chat facility. I did get feedback for the 1 October withdrawal but it seems generic, i.e.:
You will receive your payment as soon as possible. As we are based overseas our checks take a little longer and we need to be sure the best method of sending winnings to ensure it arrives safely as it also is converted from foreign currency back to your currency. Please accept our apologies for the time its taking and be sure to know we are working on this.
There was no issue previously regarding foreign currency conversion.
I would be most grateful if you could help me resolve this with the casino. I attach the list of withdrawals.
