Refusing to refund deposits after confiscating my winnings

I deposited on King Billy with bitcoin as I was a fan of the Direx NV casinos and had played at a few other's in the past. I lost on my first deposit, and made another deposit which I won on. After requesting a withdrawal, I was told to submit documents for verification and did so. The support staff told me that I was from a restricted country, and that my winnings would be confiscated and that they would be keeping my deposits as well. I tried on multiple instances to speak to them to ask them why they would not return my deposits and never got a straight answer. It has been quite a while now, and Julia the head of support believes they should keep my deposits, I have no idea what the reasoning is. I have simply asked for my deposits back, I understand the winnings were confisicated but I believe it is fair to return the deposits.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of King Billy Casino where it is clearly displayed that player is from restricted country. Player by these actions violated general casino term #3.6

3.6 Users from the following countries (“Restricted Countries”) are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Estonia, Israel, Ukraine, Republic of Crimea, France, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, the United Kingdom, US or any of its states. The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that player breaches this Restricted Countries policy.

Despite how unfair King Billy Casino management decision to decline returning your deposits upon #3.6 from their Terms& Conditions might seem to you, we would like to remind you that once agreed and accepted, these rules must be followed. Further appeals towards the fairness of particular casino term could be forwarded to the relevant regulatory body which is the only competent authority to handle accordingly such matters.

The deposit was made through Cubits, a payment system which exchanges bitcoin to EUR. Furthermore, you claim I am cheating you by attempting to play at your casino from a restricted country. How am I attempting to cheat you, when I have 0 possibility of winning/withdrawing and you are entitled to keep my deposits from me? I would like to explain how you deem this fair.

You pride yourself on integrity. I'd like an explanation on how you feel keeping my deposits in this instance shows integrity. Every time I've asked for an answer to this, the question gets danced around and you copy and paste the Terms and Conditions. I've asked for an explanation on how you demonstrate integrity in this regard, literally, 6 or 7 times, each time there has been 0 answer to the question, and restating of the Terms as you've done above.

Dear AskGamblers, we would like to point out the following:

* The complaining player did not deposit in crypto as he claims, but only in EUR. Documentation for this has been sent to the AskGamblers Complaints Department.

* The complaining player registered by putting, falsely, Sweden, as his country of origin . He also used, falsely, a Swedish IP. Documentation for these claims has been sent to the AskGamblers Complaints Department. Although we do not like to use strong language, it is obvious that the complaining player cheated his way into our system. He would never have been allowed to play with us in the first place, had he been truthful about his country of origin.

* Finally, we repeat this from our T&C's: "The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of refunds in the event that player breaches this Restricted Countries policy."

Dear AskGamblers, based on the above, we would like to ask for this case to be closed and the complaint rejected.

Title: King Billy Casino - Account Disabled After Win & Withdrawal Stall

I am filing this complaint regarding a withheld withdrawal and the subsequent disabling of my account at King Billy Casino. My account is fully verified, and I have provided all requested documentation, yet the casino is refusing to process my payment.

Every attempt to resolve this through support has been met with empty platitudes from an agent named "Alice," who repeatedly claims to be "happy to assist" while providing zero actual progress or timelines. Worse, the casino has now disabled my account access and blocked me from live chat, effectively cutting off my ability to advocate for my funds.

I am writing to express my concern and seek clarification regarding the recent decline of my withdrawal request.

I have made deposits into my King Billy account from a source that is clearly verified within my Skrill verification menu. In My Skrill account which is clearly displays my name and address and even Payment address , I also submit my Document which was used for a deposit made on September 19, 2024. I have also previously provided documentation to further confirm this information.

Despite this, my recent withdrawal request has been canceled. I am confused as to why this has occurred, especially since the deposit source is verified and the details match my Skrill account information.

Could you please investigate this matter urgently and provide a detailed explanation for the withdrawal decline? I would also appreciate guidance on the necessary steps to resolve this issue and successfully process my withdrawal.

Withdrawal delayed 9500 NKR with King Billy

Hi, i deposit 800.- nkr , i got the deposit bonus, played and won in total 9500.- NKR, after i had played away the bonus money to 0.-
It says money to withdraw, 9500.-
They then started a long process with my Revolut card, couldent approve and so on. Finaly after 3 days and countless emails, i finnaly got the approval.
Allternative withdreawl was, banktransfer, visa, bitcoin, etherium. I tryed visa, declaind, tryed banktransfer, declained, tryed etherium and bitcoin, declained. Got aswar from billy casino, try mastercard, i dont have mastercard, they have also removed visa as an allternativ, that happend today. Now all i get from support is, try another method. I have responded and confirmed every time they ask, but they stil decline

The usual 2 hours withdrawal takes now 11 days

Hey everyone,

Let's cut to the chase here:

Requested a bank transfer withdrawal, which usually took 2 hours from request to the funds appearing in my bank account (no matter the day/time) at Kingbilly.

Now it's 11 days and I'm only being told to be patient or that the payment provider's at fault.

I made 2 withdrawals within the past few days, also via bank transfer at other Casinos, funds arrived immediately.

Support is not helping or straight out ignoring me.

Every time I make a deposit it stucks

I have made a deposit in King Billy casino of 1002 inr but in transaction it's showing it's rejected, but on my side it was successful one.

I have seen this problem third time in my last four deposit, someone wants to play that's why he makes a deposit and worst thing is that I get to play after wait of days.

I am again having the same problem with the deposit

I had made a deposit of 1002, and the deposit didn't came.

Last time I made a deposit and it came after 8 days. Another deposit and the same problem, and they are telling me a ticket has been created.

They just emailed me once and asked for utr number which I had provided them earlier also in there chat and when they asked utr number in email I provided them with the number along with my bank statement. I had made a deposit of 10000 on 11 of October 2023 and it has not yet been credited in my account. The deposit was a successful deposit but it's showing that my deposit has been rejected.

The guys in chat are just telling me to wait. And when I ask them how much time does it usually take, they just tell me that they can't tell me how much time it will take just wait. At least I must be knowing that how much maximum time does it take. I'm providing many times my banks debit slip.

Withdrawal declined due to claimed card issues

Hello dear AskGamblers

Since August 2nd I've tried to make a withdrawal of 600 USD from King Billy Casino.

They've declined all the way saying that they have "card withdrawal issues". From multiple chats with their agents, they've said that I should use Bank Transfer or Skrill, which my account is not eligible for. So my money is stuck.

Three days ago, they told me that they were "in the middle" of fixing the card issue. Now, today, card withdrawal is not an option. So my money is basically stuck and I can't get them to fix the problem.

It is now August 9., and they keep declining the withdrawal.
