I made a deposit on the 17/05/22 for a mere amount of INR 1744 and thankfully not a big amount. The amount was not credited in my casino account however I was charged for the same. I contacted KingBilly Casino support immediately with all the supporting screenshots. First they told me to wait for 2 hours and then 48 hours. There was absolutely no updates or communication from KingBilly Casino about the status of my deposit in those 48 hours. I had to contact the chat personally and was told that since they were dealing with a third party payment processor there could be a delay in the resolution process.
It has crossed more than 7 days now and while all the proofs including bank statement and Paytm screenshots have been provided, KingBillyCasino team has not bothered to keep me updated about where these funds have gone. Everytime I get in touch with the chat support the responses are standard and very transactional. " We appreciate your patience while this is getting resolved", " We are working on this and will get back to you via email as soon as we get an update" ... these are the standard statements I am told everytime with absolutely no time frame given. I am extremely disappointed with the sense of urgency displayed by KingbillyCasino in this regards considering its crossed more than 7 days now and I wish this amount be refunded back to my original payment. I would like to request Askgamblers.com to kindly intervene and assist me in resolving this.

based on our investigation of the issue, it seems that the transaction got, unfortunately, stuck on the way to the player's account.

However, on our own initiative, we credited the amount to the player's account manually, something that the player can verify.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we kindly ask for this complaint to be considered resolved.
